His background spans global hospitality, construction, and cross-border investments across Pakistan and the UAE, providing him with a deep understanding of asset performance, development cycles, and capital efficiency.
As a Director in Real Estate, Rashid advises investors on strategic acquisitions, portfolio growth, and value-creation opportunities across residential and commercial assets. He focuses on identifying high-yield opportunities, structuring deals to optimize risk-adjusted returns, and timing market entry and exits effectively.

Farhan Zafar
Director – Business Development
Farhan Zafar is a seasoned commercial leader with more than two decades of experience in the Middle East’s hospitality sector. Known for his strong record in revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and asset performance optimization, he has successfully transitioned this expertise into the real estate industry, where he now leads business development across property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and investor-focused deal structuring.
He is skilled in evaluating asset potential, pinpointing market opportunities, and crafting strategies that maximise value for both buyers and sellers. Farhan works closely with investors, landlords, and key stakeholders to ensure every transaction is commercially robust, transparent, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Drawing on deep customer insight from hospitality and combining it with current real estate market intelligence, he focuses on creating high-impact business opportunities, strengthening portfolio performance, and driving measurable value throughout the acquisition and sales cycle. His approach is defined by professionalism, strategic clarity, and a commitment to sustainable commercial success.

Saania Ghauri
Sales Manager – Real Estate
Saania Ghauri was born and raised in the UK and brings a strong financial foundation to Dubai’s luxury real estate market. After completing her studies in Accounting and Finance, she began her career in M&A Tax at Deloitte, spending two years working on valuation, structuring, and investment strategy while progressing through her ACA qualification.
Motivated by a long-held goal to build a career in Dubai’s fast-growing property sector, she relocated in 2023 and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor. Over the past two years, she has specialised in Al Barari and other high-end villa communities, guiding clients through exclusive resales, renovation strategies, and value-add investment opportunities. She also developed solid off-plan expertise before joining the luxury division at Binghatti, where she focused on branded residences, launch guidance, payment plans, and investment evaluations.
Clients consistently describe her as honest, grounded, and meticulous — a reputation drawn from their feedback. Her approach centres on transparency, delivering value, and creating a seamless experience from the first conversation to closing.
