A small team thatintends to stay small.

We hire rarely and slowly. When we do, we look for brokers who would rather be trusted than busy.

You will know every client on the books, and every client will know you.

There are brokerages in this city with two hundred agents and a leaderboard on the wall. That model works for some people. It is not what we built. Here you carry fewer files, you know them properly, and a director sits close enough to ask.

01

Small on purpose

We are not building a hundred agent floor. A small team means you work real files with a director rather than chasing a leaderboard.

02

Advice over volume

We would rather talk a client out of a bad purchase than book a quick commission. If that reads as a constraint rather than a relief, this is not the right firm for you.

03

Know your patch properly

Each broker covers a handful of communities in depth. You should know the service charges, the handover pipeline, and the difference between two towers on the same street.

04

Nothing gets handed down

The person who takes a brief is the person who negotiates the deal. That applies to everyone here, including the directors.

The things that actuallymake a difference.

Uncapped commission

A transparent structure with no hidden deductions, and no ceiling on what a strong year pays.

Visa and medical

Employment visa and medical insurance handled and paid for, so arriving is straightforward.

RERA certification

We sponsor your RERA training and licence, and cover the renewal.

Real marketing support

Professional photography, portal presence and paid campaigns behind your listings, rather than an expectation that you fund your own leads.

Mentorship from directors

You sit with people who have done this for two decades, on real files, from day one.

2 roles

  • Property Consultants

For brokers who would rather know a few communities properly than all of Dubai vaguely.

    What you would do

    • Advise buyers, tenants and investors across a defined set of communities
    • Build and hold your own pipeline rather than waiting on handed down leads
    • Run viewings, negotiate offers and see transactions through to transfer
    • Keep listings accurate, properly photographed and permit compliant
    • Stay past the handover, through snagging, leasing and eventually resale

    What we look for

    • RERA certified, or ready to complete certification, which we sponsor
    • Experience in Dubai brokerage, residential or commercial
    • A real grasp of service charges, yields and handover pipelines
    • Willing to advise a client against a purchase when the numbers do not hold
    • UAE driving licence
    Apply for this role
  • Sales Manager

Lead the consultant team without losing your own files. This is a working role, not a supervisory one.

    What you would do

    • Lead, coach and grow the property consultant team
    • Own the sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting into the Managing Director
    • Set and hold standards on listing quality, response times and follow up
    • Run the developer and portal relationships that keep the pipeline supplied
    • Carry your own clients. Nobody here manages from a distance

    What we look for

    • RERA certified, with a track record of closing in the Dubai market
    • Experience leading a brokerage team, and evidence that they performed
    • Comfortable holding a difficult conversation about performance
    • The judgement to protect a client relationship over a quick commission
    • UAE driving licence

  1. 01

    You write to us

Tell us which communities you cover and what you have closed in them. We would rather have that than a formatted CV.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Thirty minutes with a director. Not a screening call with someone who cannot answer your questions.

  3. 03

    A working session

We look at a live scenario together. You will see how we actually operate, and we will see how you think.

  4. 04

    Offer

Terms in writing, with the commission structure set out in full. No surprises after you sign.

No role that fits?Write to us anyway.

We hire when we meet the right person, not when a vacancy opens. Tell us which communities you cover and what you have closed in them. That is more useful to us than a formatted CV, and we read everything.
